补充作业:菜谱编写。


自选一道自己爱吃或爸妈常做的中国菜,写成菜谱跟全班分享。

        菜谱的基本格式包括:菜名、食材、调味料、做法。

        评判标准:别人能一目了然看懂这道菜是怎么做出来的。 字迹工整,画面美观,颜色鲜艳,让人看了有想吃或想做的冲动!

        建议做法:看家长做一道家常的中国菜。家长一边做,一边尽可能用简单的中文把配料和做法讲给孩子听,让孩子记笔记。做完后,家长可以请孩子把这个过程多说几遍。 吃的时候,还可以让孩子再复述一次。 最后,帮孩子把菜谱写出来。孩子自己负责最后的美工。
        为了让孩子得到实用中文的成就感,我建议家长选做一道从配料到烹饪都适合孩子程度的菜,让孩子有兴趣学做,学说。 但是,煮白米饭,煮鸡蛋、煮方便面不算,而炒饭,卤茶叶蛋、番茄炒蛋等可以。

Everyone needs to write a recipe of a Chinese dish to share with the class.


The recipe must include, name of the dish, ingredients, seasoning materials, and the cooking steps.

Suggested strategy:


Watch a parent make a Chinese dish. While you and your parent prepare and cook it, you take notes of the process.  After the dish is made, try to practice telling how it's made several times until remembered. Finally, write it down, and decorate it, make your recipe look YUMMY!!!

The rule: No single-ingredient dish such as steamed rice or boiled plain eggs, but stir-fried rice or stir-fried noodles are acceptable.

How exciting would it be when you actually describe how to make a favorite dish and do it all in Chinese!!!

At the end of this post, I'm attaching some beautiful samples for you to refer to.
